I'm not even sure one can archive something similar with poisoning. You probably want to put this PC into private <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_LAN" rel="nofollow">VLAN</a> and try to configure forwarding policy with <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nftables" rel="nofollow">iptables or ebtables</a>. It’s bad idea to use ARP poison to do this. I’m not even sure one can archive something similar with poisoning.
