New version of LibFakeTime was released today. Now it support (or more technically: “shadows” symbol on dynamic linker consolidation) one more function – Linux’s clock_gettime(), thus it will support those programs and libraries which calls this kernel routine directly.
LibFakeTime is a shared library that provides filters for the time() and gettimeofday() library calls for dynamically linked programs. It works transparently for programs (no need to recompile or relink). It has system-wide and user-wide configuration files with ability to protect system-wide settings. Also logs usage of fake time related function to syslog.
